Keshav Hyundai, Kharagpur

Had weird experience at Keshav Hyundai, went for service and found they dont accept card. Because they dont have swiping Machine. When this was highlighted to Service Manager by my advisor the service manager started screaming and schooled by his Manager. It was shocking for me that Resource manager has to escalate the problem and give best service to his clients as well as his resources. I feel like embarrassed by them. Hopefully Keshav Hyundai will look into this issue and resolved there internal problems.

Stuffs are very helpful and supportive. Everyone from my family was really pleased with their hospitality. Have to thank everyone for your kind gestures. Wish everyone at Keshav Hyundai a very happy new year.

It is a very nice place.All of them are well mannered and good behaviour. I truly satisfied to visit there.
