I have been fraudulently issued a credit card by an employee named ronita saha who is not being traced after she issued a card in my name and the card has not reached me yet. I am trying to reach the customer care since then, but unable to get through the same. Want the attention of the branch manager of axis bank ,rishra.nI have been a loyal customer of this bank since many years and this is what I got in return.

Service is good but lack of banking knowledge. So if they ask you to do some investment please crosscheck with the docs bcoz they give you the wrong numbers and then deny later. for example, if the interest rate is 8.15 percent they ll tell you its 8.75percent . Mediclaim premium is 5k but later on they charge you more . So just be very careful and do research yourself before doing anything .

Located at nice place and service is also good but space with in the bank is too much narrow it should be more spacious
