On 16.09.2020, I gave order for one birthday cake and 25 panir rolls to be delivered on 19.09.2020 on the occasion of a tiny birthday party and paid in full as advance. But on 18.09.2020, I had to cancel the program as one person was detected covid positive in the locality. I requested to defer the order for some days. But they simply declined and forced me to receive the delivery on 19.09.2020. This is the way of business (?) they do. I made a mistake to pay in full as advance. Poor, poor, very poor.
All items r tasty with very reasonable price except tea n coffee.
Very good place to spend some time here and enjoy the delicious baked and Patty like products. Also there is a vast types of snacks available to taste for. Food quality was great and atmosphere was really good as well.
Cakes are good. But selection on other items are not that great
It is a company outlet of Bisk Farm having its branches all over Kolkata. In these outlets all the products are available and displayed beautifully to be chosen by the customers themselves. There is also a small and cosy seating area to sit together and have a cup of coffee.nThe place could have been much better if the seating area was larger and bit well decorated.
