Christmas is approaching, so busy evenings there. Trays and trays of cakes being carried into the big hall, that's some visual. Had a couple of walnut cakes parceled, and some coconut macaroons, too. Old world charm, new world taste. Cheers!

90 year old bakery. Still not that well known to the locals.nThey don't have a fancy display, they do limited stuff which gets sold daily. Have been maintaining their quality. Moderately priced and it's really good. Tried the puffs, croissants and during xmas they do walnut cake which is the best.nnThey do swiggy genie. Its a 15 mins walk from New Market.nnMust try. Highly recommended.

Value for money.nBest confectionery in terms of quality and quantity.nFresh and yummilicious pastries.nCoconut macaroon, chicken patties, sandwiches, walnut cakes and Christmas cakes are the best in town.

I visit Saldanha frequently , I love their Wallnut cake. Mixed fruit cake is good as well. I live near Jadavpur, but I don't mind traveling so far for the great Wallnut cake they bake.nThey have many other options as well, price is very reasonable considering quality n quantity.
