Very nice place for bakery products.. But you should go earlier so that u can receive the product at first.. Otherwise you will have to wait for a longer period of time.. Best time to visit is 9-9:30 a.m. Sunday is closed..

I visited this shop last week at Mayfair hotel for the first time. This is the right place for purchasing baking materials and essentials. One stop for all. Staffs are very helpful. The only problem with the shop is queue management. You have to wait at least three hours to get your stuffs. Hopefully this problem will be solved after opening of their new shop.

Utter waste of time and energy. Sales person confused and half knowledge. After standing for hours they gave me wrong product and charged excess. May be you are literate and you are capable enough to pass the judgement about who is who is not literate. May be your excellent literate staff is not aware about the products that you want them to sell for you. Give a break to yourself and your team. Shops like you prove that you are right and the customer is always wrong as the customer has already proved it after waiting for hours in the queue.
