Very very poor service not satisfied
Recently I visited ujwal auto. I have good experience about them before lockdown. In today's conditions everyone is suffering from lockdown but my experience that some people's taking benefits from situation.. ujwal auto one of them. I went their for car serving and other work. But at the entry point they started service of sanitize the car. They are charged 350 rs per car for this service. It is not a compulsory recommended by TATA MOTORS. But showroom started it compulsory for every car. It is good thing for their staff then why they charge from customers.nWhen I asked them that is your all staff is corona negative and have you any reports of them. Then there is no answer from them..
very bad service experience.. takes more than 6/7 days for simple car repair.nnot good management..very bad experience
