Poor staff will never buy from this showroom. Will advise everyone not to buy any vehicle from this showroom. Bad staff never seen people like this.

Hi, we byed mahindra bolerozlx ,from novelty mahindra. They r not on their commitments. They always do fake promises from last 12 days i m running for my high security number plates, but no response to me. Always give promise of tomm n tomm n tomm. N they also force coustomer to give the 10 rating .when mahindra will call u for ur suggestion nnrating . I feel that i havent made a correct decision to go on novelty mahindra. Ur sales agent sahil, some girl antarpreet or sonia. Make fake promoses

I have bought XUV300 from them and the service i got was disgusting. Customer satisfaction is 0 % here. In review section, i have to choose one star otherwise these guys wont deserve this also. They make u all promises regarding services but when it comes to fulfilment they keep diverting u from one service person to another. I really suggest u not to go there if u are planning to buy mahindra car. Try from somewhere else, I guarantee that would be far better than these fellows...n#worst #disgustingService
