We have given our car for servicing four days back and our experience is that the entire unit is full of irresponsible and highly unreliable staff. Our experience is bitter as follows: we gave on pick up and drop basis. At the time of pick up they promised to return the car in a few hours after servicing and replacing a few small parts but after taking the car they mentioned that they would return the next day. However when the car was delivered after one and half days later we found that the car met with an accident when it was under their control. We found the the front number plate bent and bonnet contained clear evidence of dashing against some vehicle. This was shown to the driver who brought the car back and he also admitted that something happened. Secondly we found that the lock to the driver side door is damaged and not working. It now needs further repair. When the issue was brought to the notice of the customer care manager the stock reply is that “ we shall discuss and revert to you” but till now there is no response from them regarding the suspected accident and damage to the front door lock. Hence my advise is that this workshop must be avoided. The staff and workers are not dependable at all and hardly care for customers satisfaction and only interested in making money with exorbitant costs...

The worst service of mithra nacharam branch. As I am working in some critical project, the girl from the branch named “JHOSHNA” called me 5/7 times a day regarding car service . As am very busy I have told her that saturday i will give it. Saturday (today) morning i called up that branch and asked to send the driver to pickup the car and I have postponed my travelling. Now it has been 2 pm still the driver didnt came to pickup and the girl is very very neglecting the calls. Why you people Bothering and forcing us to take ur service . Literally its like harrasing me to take your service. This compliant will be posted to central site as you guys are forcing me

They are the representatives for Maruti cars sales and service center..They do good servicing and repairs of Maruti Suzuki cars in including sales of new and used cars.it is located on nacharam mallapur high way,easily accessible.Good service.i liked it
