Metro Honda

I visited Metro Honda, Bowenpally in 2nd week of August, 2020 twice. In my first visit I found their response unsatisfactory. After 4 days in my 2nd visit, I asked the lady in the reception, who is better in receiving, that weather someone can give time for our new car requirement. One of their marketing executive attended promptly and we had a test drive of Honda Civic. The experience is very nice. We decided to exchange my present Honda City to new Civic. Signed the docs for sale of my old but beautiful , perfect condition City. Paid advance cheque 50k on 13th Aug, and received welcome kit from the executive Mr. Karunakar with a promise of delivering the car by 27th. If late, they said by 29th without fail. Here is the story. No call from them on 27th and even on 29th. I was calling the marketing executive everyday from 27th and everytime he was saying he will confirm after tracking the vehicle in transit. No reply. No reply. On 1st September I visited Metro Honda to withdraw my booking because of their false promise and false information all the time. I could not see the manager, even after waiting for 30 minutes. After I came back home, the manager/ CEO called me and started giving explanation for every mistake took place with them For my genuine doubt about the service and attention in future, he assured for everything and finally convinced me to give another week time for delivery of the new car. This turmoil is all because of their false promise and not being fair in giving true information. I will be taking delivery this weekend, 12th Aug. Let me see their attitude, if any improved! I will update after experiencing up to first service.

The ambience was pleasing and the staff were very good in communicating the details about vehicle. Overall it was a nice first time experience.

I took Honda Amaze special edition in the month of November and the service given by Mahesh Reddy from Day 1 was brilliant. His way of speaking directly and over the phone was amazing and impressed me. He have been very active and dealing with the customers was very good. The payment process, dealing with insurance person, total involvement in the whole process and the vehicle delivery was Awesome.
