I have purchased a tiago car on 23-10-2017 They have entered my name wrongly in invoice after having aadhar card, pancard and bank statement with them. They took 3 months to correct it in TR and insurance. Problem not stopped here. My car is at Concord motors sanathnagar for 2year servicing on 15-10-2019 and now these people are saying that my warranty expired on 12-07-2019. This is why no one like to buy private cars from Tata. These people are good at handling cabs. In my circle we bought 5 cars from Tata but no one is happy with their services. Even the employees can't understand what we say. Very worst experience I had and in near bt future I can't Tata vehicles to any one even though they have good performing vehicles

We bought a Tata Tiago on 19th July 2019 by making full payment, till today we haven't received T/R No. Daily promising but no result. They promised for today and didn't keep up their promise now they promised tomorrow I. E. 30th July. Fingers crossed.
