I purchased the car on 6th of January at VCC Motors, after taking the vehicle I observed that vehicle having side pulling issues, I informed same to sales team they said to me that we will fix at the time of 1st service, I agreed for that I visited service center on 30th of January, I informed everything to service executive about my issues they kept my vehicle for two days, after that they told issues has been resolved, I taken my vehicle went away from there again observed the same problem, again revisited service center they said that they will rectify it. In the evening I went to collect my vehicle at that time I observed there some paint scratches on the car, immediately I informed them about this, it happened on the 31st of January. After a couple of days, Mr. Raju(service manager) call me that some Mahindra employee coming for an inspection, It had happened on 6th of February Mr. Gopal Krishna and Surendar came to the service centre to discuss with me, at time of discussion they told me that they will do a repaint for a vehicle, I said ok with one condition(if any originality missed on the car I won't accept that car) and I asked them to arrange an alternative vehicle for a time been. They arranged a vehicle on the 20th of February. At same time informed them that if any differences after repaint I won't accept like that, they said that there will be no difference, on 29th of February at evening time I called to MR Joji for the update, he told me that vehicle is ready I am looking for a person to send like that, I trusted on words I went to the service centre I observed that they didn't paint properly, moreover paint marks are there on car, on the same day I called to Mr Surendar Regards this and informed same, they said that they will come and inspect like that, on March 2nd they came and visited my car. At that time I informed them that I don't want that vehicle, replace me with a new vehicle, they given some possible solutions like(they will replace all parts) but there are some parts which they can't replace that part also fully repainted. It is visible that it painted. While I am asking to replace with the new vehicle they saying I need to bear depreciation amount. It's their fault and they said that I need to bear some amount. During this entire process, I wasted my time while spending at the service centre, now they say that they will do only adjustments.

It's good and very protective

Very pathetic customer service. Just called to enquire about the SUV 300 , and the operator who answered my call just banged the fone on my face. Absolutely unprofessional.
