The best of the best.nnI was introduced to the Vanilla Bean Bakery by our receptionist while I was spending time in our Indy office a few years back and they had catered in some holiday treats. I was so impressed that I ordered two dozen cookies to take back home with me for that year's holiday get together with my family. Finding any consensus amongst my family is not an easy task, but the one thing everyone agreed on was that I should have brought more of these cookies. Both kids and adults alike loved them.nnEver since then, the cookies have been a staple of the family's Thanksgiving and Christmas feasts. Then Covid hit, my office closed in Indy and as we inched ever closer to Christmas I began to realize that there was little chance we'd be any near Indy this year to get our cookie order. Vanilla Bean's very own Kristy came to the rescue though. She went out of her way to accommodate our cookie order this year and get everything shipped right to our door. The cookies were beautiful as always and in perfect condition thanks to the care that was taken in packing them. Christmas is saved. Thanks again VBB, you're the best. See you again next year!

I love ordering my cakes from vanilla bean bakery. The service is always top notch. Kristy is AMAZING ud83dude09 and has never failed my expectations. Thank you for all you do.. I have been a loyal customer since 2015.

I had a wonderful experience using the Vanilla Bean Bakery. I needed to get a dozen cupcakes for my boss's birthday. I called several places and none of them were open. I called the Vanilla Bean Bakery and they were open and could provide me an assortment of cupcakes. They were delicious, so light and fluffy and the frosting wasn't to sweet. Everyone in the office was very pleased and my boss was surprised. I will be using them again not only because of how good the cupcakes were but because the customer service was above and beyond.

Placed a gift delivery order from Houston for a friend in Indy . The staff was very helpful and friendly. The cupcakes and other goodies were wonderful! Thanks!

Was hopeful but ended up disappointed. Cupcake frosting tasted like it came from a tub, and cake had little flavor or stale, oily taste. Vanilla and Boston cream bad, red velvet flavorless. Better cakes from Gigis, and Simply cupcakes. Darn.
