I am having very bad experience to while buying my first car..I was in a discussion sales person since last few weeks and once he came to know that I have decided to buy a Ford car.. He immediately increased the price by 30 k and said discount is not possible.nSo I bought my car from the other dealer so he called me and recorded the conversation without my permission and shared the same with other dealer saying he is geving un dew advantage to client..nSo I bought the top ends model from the second dealer...nnSo guys if you are thinking to buy a Ford car don't consider for Ganges Ford.. They are less professional.. And after sales service is very poor....

Heartily disappointed with actual working conditions and the main job of a workshop, taking care of your car. My last experience while servicing my Ecosport Titanium S was a disaster. Keeping aside careless cleaning work, the main thing which happened after servicing here was huge drop in mileage, car heating issue, less torque, considerable drop in pickup and suspension drop. Overall, very disappointed with the service. And also Ford as a company should focus more on roadside tests and basic interior works before launching a car into market. This Titanium S trim tires are the worst ever and none of the tires last once you hit a bad road. Pathetic design mistake. Overall, a very disappointed customer with nothing to do except repent buying a Ford forever! Overall, just a pathetic choice of brand made by me!

FRAUD ALERT!!!!!nWe have been cheated in a very bad way by Ganges Ford.. recently we booked an all new ford figo titanium petrol variant. we had a requirement of fog lamp and a fog lamp bezel which is not an in built feature of titanium variant.. so the representative named Kishore Das convinced us that he will give us the newly produced car with fog lamp provision as the older produced cars didn't have the provision.. thousand times Kishore confirmed us that they will set the fog lamp before delivery.. but after full payment and car registration , all of a sudden ganges ford called us saying that fog lamp provision is not present in our car.. WE DIDN'T EXPECT SUCH A DISCREPANCY FROM GANGES FORD.. THIS IS NOTHING BUT A CHEATING... now they are saying that they will provide a car cover for free!! unimaginable tricks to cheat people..
