Service is fine..but for some additional info I called them lot of times but no one is responding to the calls why?

service was just okkncontact no that provided in details was not at all liftingnThey are saying that it was only for outgoing call ,not for incoming callsnSo then i case of any doubts whom we should contactnPlease give proper contact detailsnNo proper intimation to customers worst at response

fast verification process,usually 30-45 minutes if all necessary certificates are shown,police came the next day for pre-verification,you can get normal passport within 7-15 days.nProcess :n1)Show certificates at token counter to get a token number.n2)Wait for ur token number at A's counters displayed on screens.when ur token shown on screen ,goto counter andnshow signed certificates,biometric,photo scanning,etc..n3)certificates re-verified at B & C counters.n4)Step out and wait for Police verification at ur address.n5)Get passport delivered through Indian speed post services.

Good atmosphere. Friendly and cooperative staff. From entrance, till you reach the last step, there will be guards and officials that check our original documents and ask few questions. They safeguard the place without any remarks. There will be slots allotted to the people as per the given timings. There will be queue and next waiting lines, but still you can enter peacefully as from my previous experiences.nThis is easy process. No need to panic(newcomers). Just saying (No water/outside food is allowed). All you need is your ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and answer properly.
