Have booked a car from here.nStaff is good specially The sales person is very good. Good communication, and follow up.n4 star for that and cut one star for their show room. Its good but very basic need upgrade as per current scenario.nHave to see what they offer foe after sale service.
Good staff and service experience is good, only thing is, they require to upgrade Navsari service center for software support, where King Ford people living, common it's 2020 which century you are living, not everyone can go to Surat to do that. Also do proper marketing for products in navsari district's all villages, get the people know about Ford products and it's service affordability. People still think it's unaffordable, in my experience service cost is better then any other product available in market.
