One of the best service centres for VW in the country, hands down. I have a Polo GT diesel which was bought during Oct. '13 from Navjivan VW, Surat. And had it serviced here for the 45k and 60k service in addition to a front windshield replacement, bonnet painting and FR fender tinkering and painting.nnThe staffs here are extremely customer friendly, the service advisors are very knowledgeable and the technicians who work on the cars are young, energetic and enthusiastic ones. I tip my hat to Mr. Umesh Rathod and his entire team who looked after my ride while I was posted there. Nilesh, Mayank, Mayur, Ravi Mistry, Bhavyakant ji, Kamlesh, Nimesh etc.nnThis place also used to be my second home during weekends when I used to drop by and spend some time learning about the servicing aspects, the different issues with the cars that used to come here etc. Made several friends here some of whom I'm still in touch with.nnWe need more service centres like these. Customers who would love to come back. Cheers to this team! Thank you so much guys.nnPS: My GT is at 148k km today and still drives like a charm, thanks to all of you. :-)
