Communication between staff is very much poor.nWhat u r asking him and what u get reply is too much different.nStaff has no idea how to talk with customer. Rudeless Behaviour observed while talking.nnIf same thing repeat with many times with other customers too then sorry to say caravel motor business will be shut down too soon.

Caravel motors should think of training their staff specially in sales on customer relationship.. Upon requesting no of times for giving bifurcation for On Road Price of XUV300, sales manager was not at all ready. Neither he was ready to give details on which Insurance they r providing nor ready to give information on RTO charges or any other charges applicable.nHis team member had just given some random number for on road and discount. Upon informing that some other showrooms r giving detailed bifurcation on charges, sales manager started misbehaving arrogantly and saying that we don't need customer and behaving like king of the Mahindra showrooms.nnI personally feel that if I will buy any other car or can move to Ahmedabad or Surat to buy car but definitely not from Caravel Motors...nIf there would have been option of negative rating than I would have definately given negative rating.
