Reception area not clean even tables are not sanitised

I had received kia sonet on 25 Oct 2020, I had also paid 25000 extra for accessories. Since 1.5 months I had yet pending some accessories. Main required accessories like mud guard is not available due to which car is looking dirty hence I had to expense extra for car wash at every week kindly do the needful.

Very Poor quality tyres good year , I have requested them before taking delivery of vehicle that don't give me good year only request didn't fullfilled ... They could have done that ... Within a month I'm replacing Tyre.nRest Vehicle is good till date satisfied @ 1st servicing

Irresponsible salespersons showing attitude like they are selling cars for free. Being the one and only dealer for KIA in Vadodara, they don't give attention to customers requirements. Better to switch to Hyundai or other brands having multiple dealerships across the city. Waiting since 1.5 months to get a car but no confirmed date is given. Looks like they're creating false hike of Kia Cars.

Kia Gopinath!!! They only promise to deliver on time and they never do that. I have booked Kia Sonet and they told me that you will get in 1 month and till now I have not received and I also came to know they are delivering cars to others without waiting to their friends and families. I recommend not to choose Kia Gopinathji opt for Kia dealers in other cities.
