I visited samadhiya Ford Service center Gwalior which is connected with the showroom it's showroom - listing down some pros consnnPros- 1. The technician and advicer were good, and was paying attention to your questions and issues with the vehicle. They did their job well.n2. Sufficient area for garage and services.n3. Cleaning of the vehicle done well.nnCons- 1.nn2. customer rooms were not well managed. Out of 3 4 lounges , only one was there with a working AC. No phone charging port was there, no dustbin was around anywhere.n2. While vehicle was at service I decided to visit the showroom to have a look at the new bs6 freestyle and eco sport. Which I was considering buying for family. We jist sat there for a while, and showroom people kept on theasking to leave the area, and go to customer waiting room, and then they switched off the air conditioning units where we were sitting nearby. Which felt to me utter unprofessional and disgusting, as they were all seem to be looking at us and planning how we can make them to move to service center waiting room.nI had only visited Ford delhi and Faridabad services center before - and the experience here was utterly disgusting to me , never expected from a Ford showroom. I am very disappointed with samadhiya Ford Gwalior, and the employee behaviour here, Very uneducated management.

I loved because this is the branded car showroom present in gwalior also having the best of facilities for others to visit here and buying of the new ford vehicle

Very pathetic service, for two hrs. work took whole day nd very bad staff.very bad experience nd very bad service. In this covd-19 no precautions is taken by staffs nd so unhygienic place. No drinking and poorly toilets facility - samadhiya Ford gwalior
