I have recently purchased a car from CARS24 when it comes to paying the service fee their RM increased the amount suddenly from Rs 7080(as they previously told us) to Rs 8260 and Rs.10, 000 for RC transfer we insisted to pay to cars24 directly but their RM didn't agree and mislead us and even threatened us, Even I make a call to customer care and tell her the whole scenario the customer executive tells us very rudely that we can't tell you anything. whatever the RM said you have to follow,  even I told her I want to pay directly to cars24 or tell me about the charges but she kept saying that same again and again, as we(me and my brother) came from Jhansi to Delhi for purchasing we have to transfer 18K to RM's UPI, and then he said to us if you get a call from CARS24, say that you are not transferring a car from CARS24 you are doing it on your own, it is been 4 days I have not even received any call from CARS24. You guys are REAL FRAUDSTER I HAVE EVER SEEN in my whole life with you customer executive & your RM also Your Managers.nnI can't reveal my ID because our RC transfer is ongoing once I got My RC I will expose you in detail with all original document and recording of your customer executive. Don't Buy any Car from CARS24 if you don't want to get conned.
