The showroom, although in outer part of the city, has good service. We went to check Tigor and he let us understand the complete package and quality. The breakdown of the car was also inclusive of only the essentials which was better than Maruti Suzuki experience. Along with that, the cars are highly sage even from the base models which is like nothing else. We would probably buy that after all this.

Atmosphere is not good.. expected car delivery is poor. Attanding customer is good it can be better. Not asked for anything like water or snacks... Need lot of improvement.

Worst service center I have seen in my life. I love TATA Cars and bought Tiago. Whenever I go for my car service, they take lot of time for service and no professionalism. Last time I went on 5th of August 2020, for General inspection of my Car as I have to travel by Car to Mumbai. I went at the center at 11 AM and they took 5 hours for general inspections and for washing. Whenever I asked then, Itna time kyu lag rha h, They come up with reply that ladke kam h sir. I asked many time to clear the AC filter, did not cleaned. Pathetic service and staff people will walk around and just do time pass. I will try my best not to go again for service of my car.

never ever visit this work shop. , i m a local and who comes here from different state or city by google map please consider my review.nnyou feel cheated, your vehicle did not get appropriate service,nthe mechanic is good in service center but limited , ,nif you comes here please ensure that you bring so much patience and time with you and money also , coz they just make you walk round round towards vehicle and asking same question .nand after service you will not be satisfied with their work.nnand specially they charging extra money with giving you rubbish offer , service offer , and they tried to make your money out from your pocket.nnso please beware from them.

Tata products are now dout best in all segments but due service and dealers inexperience attitude and behavior tata's image is remains down in compare to other raivel s.n{ I have tata indigo ecs }My friend was willing to buy new car as he experienced my car performance and after my review he decided to buy tata tigor petrol value for money but on dealer of gwalior they don't had any demo car for test drive. We visited atleast 2 or 3 times for test drive. So as I was face bad quality service since I buyed my and this time I experienced same in sales also.
