I buy a car

Hi I booked my baleno in March and got it delivered on May. During lockdown i have also ordered for Seat cover and Steering grip as accessories and paid for them. While delievering the car they gave only seat cover as they said steering cover is out of stock you can have it once you come for number plate fixing. After a week we went to fix the number plate on that time also they said its out of stock due to covid. You can have it once you collect the RC book. But now enquired about RC book and steering grip they told We have give comited to give steering grip and what ever you paid is for Fastag which is not in my commitment check list also. They give equitas bank fastag which is worth Rs.300 when i ask for invoice for that they mentioned its Rs 600. Very worst customer relationship maintenance. Also now after lockdown , we don't have the same salesperson for contact. My friend booked the same car same model from OMR Nexa showroom. He was welcomed with a flower bouqet and gifted with keychain, leather document holder and a photoframe. No gifts no discount i was also charged unnecessarily but they are branding themselves as nexa premium. I think i have chose the wrong dealer.

I have Booked Baleno Alpha Manual this month in Crompet Nexa Showroom. Very Very happy with service provided by Mr. Arul Ram in terms of Hospitality provided and services offered, follow up, documentation, post purchase service by Him etc.

We recently bought bs6 ciaz 2020 model, the delivery was on time, but the delivery experience was pathetic, because I expected more like that new car covered with ribbon, choclates box, cake cutting like they done in may showrooms ( ref: YouTube /new car delivery/nexa showroom). If u expect any ritual like putting garland , ribbon sweets etc etc , better carry yourselves, they won't provide anything, the relationship manager will get the papers signed from you, they wipe the car (juz for formality) and just hand over the key and they just clap and send you off...finally you will get an experience like getting 2nd hand car. Even the most unforgettable joke is they told car manual was out of stock during delivery.Even they told everything is available , but during delivery they didn't issue , car cover , perfume due to unavailability of stock. If u expect on time car delivery, juz go here, but if u expect few emotional ( first time car buyers)/ rituals better check for some other dealer.

I was visited NEXA Chrompet for new baleno enquirers.. Mr. Ramesh senior Relationship Manager was give me excellent service ..and he know how to handle the customer ..very knowledgeable person.. And I sure definitely purchase the car in NEXA ...Tq Team..
