Water bottle was not given to the customers, wow factor is missing . Need to be improved

Firstly, I am happy to be the part of maruti family. I had a proper clarity about the product and other Endeavours and also the executive was perfectly trained to handle the customer. There was no lag in the service provided by the executive and also the showroom. Overall I had a great time being the customer in maruti. Personally I thank Rakesh, a executive for the wonderful guidance and on time delivery of the car. Things to be improved : overall ambience of the showroom(Ambattur outlet). There was no proper light at the delivery area.

I recently bought a swift with Cars india it was so overwhelming with their aprrocah and i had great experience with them. Even theu have gave a very good delivery experimence feel with all covid precarive measures and with safety... Best place to purchase your dream car. THE DELIVERY ALSO WAS GOOD AND GIVEN IN VERY GOOD MANNER WITH ALL PRECAUTIVE COVUD SITIATIONS

Giving 5stars for the excellent customer service and coordination from their sales person Mr.Thiruloguchander. Ambience to be improved. One small request to this dealer is that should not force customer to purchase the basic accessories and extended warranty as I feel that there is no value for money with these.
