2 years back dealers called me for the free monsoon campaign and said it's completely free we just want your vehicle entry and you don't need to come to campaign. It was not possible for me to go for an campaign which is nearly 350km away from my place. And after 2 years they are charging me rs 200 for the same campaign. Not providing my NOC of loan against vehicle. Staff was not supportive and no one was answering to my query against the campaign charges. The staff conveyed me to register complaint against dealer to TATA MOTORS and said we will not able to provide you the reason of the charges. I will never recommend any person to go to this dealer and also TATA MOTORS and purchase the vehicle. Really bad experience of purchase with this dealer

Not properly work carried out, problem of vehicle doesn't rectified,as I have shown my Tata nano twice for ac related problem (Air conditioning doesn't work), but Tata people didn't rectified the problem, so for minor issues I used to take my car to local garage like regular servicing and etc.Then what will be use of company workshop,if they unable to solve the issue,as both time I had paid,for same issue and didn't sort out the problem, finally I have decided to buy another vehicle soon.so don't rely on workshop.

We had issues with our Tata vehicle and they identified and rectified quickly. Which was not even discovered by Sanghi Tata motors Indore we visited two times there.
