Worst customer Service received from this outlet. They keep chasing you till the time you buy the car, after sales service is super pathetic. Highly recommend dont buy your car from this outlet. One star is just courtesy, they deserve negative marking.
Solitaire Honda is a worst place to buy your car from, They have a worst customer service. They will call you 100 times for the test drive. But once you buy the car they are will completely neglect you, their executives don't answer the call. Worst experience ever. I had booked 2 cars from them at the same time but after my first car experience i cancelled the booking of my second car. I want to give them negative ratings but i will have to go with 1 star as there is nothing below that.
They have the worst customer service. They won’t solve any problem of yours post selling the car. Honda in itself is very good but please be aware of this showroom. They are the worst.
