Just purchased a new Car from here, had a great experience with them. They go a step ahead in ensuring your comfort and make sure to give you a hassle free experience. All the minute details were explained very clearly. Mukhtar was a great help, right from the first visit to the showroom to checkout options, the test drive, car selection, documentation, paper work, till the delivery of the car everything was handled very smoothly by him. Special thanks to both Mukhtar and Leena for being personally involved in the entire process and making us feel like family. I personally recommend anyone looking forward to purchase a car to visit this showroom.
Very poor customer service. Bookings taken with false commitments. No clear picture of vehicle delivery estimate. You have to make multiple calls to get your fully paid vehicle. Refunds of booking amount made with deducting penalty even after failing to deliver vehicle on committed dates.nnWriting after the reply: As per comment by Shivam auto I spoke to the given number. They said they will call me back. Been 7 days no reply so far.
Disappointing customer service standards, especially after sales. Poor handling of warranty post the Covid19 lockdown - even though the manufacturer accommodated customer requests for warranty extension, Shivam Auto did not do their bit.
After the car was booked, there was some mis communication on both our parts and I was on the verge of making Cancellation. But they do really know Customer Service. Mr Pragnesh was very professional in handling the matter and We had a really smooth transaction then. I highly recommend Shivam Autozone. They work really hard for their customers
