WOW, NEXA is known for its customer experience & what I witnessed was that the so called “Manager/General Manager” yelling and abusing a customer. Yes you read it right “at a customer.” Because, it’s the only Nexa showroom in Imphal and running off goodwill of Maruti, owners or Managers are not bothered about customer service. May be the customer was wrong but customer service means treating good or bad customers equally. I think Maruti as company shall start taking Customer Service seriously.

When do I expect my car, Baleno dual jet Zeta smart hybrid ? I placed my booking on 7th September 2020 ? It's already 44days passed

The goodwill they carry is for selling Maruti vehicles, nothing so great about them per se. Impossible to even imagine, they ship out delivery of vehicles without issuing the insurance policy.
