It’s is better that, we customer can go to any other good workshop instead of choosing Indus. They are not responsible at all... I changed my alto head lamp with original spare from Indus but after 6 months it started water entry and they are not ready to replace the same!! Warranty for a new headlamp should be 1 year. So think before giving your vehicle to Indus motor Vadakara.
Water wash Not available.. They charge full body service charge,and do foam wash only outisde and Interior...mudguard,undersurface Wont clean..Very bad experience.very unhygenic,Customer waiting lounge is having non working cafe coffee day machine ,service advisors are not Professional looking..parking facility very bad..Their staff will take the vehicle and park inside the Service area ,There are chances of geting New Scratches/dent for your car due To congestion and Less space.nnThey just Lute cUstomers.Only thing why i went there was To get Authorised service from maruthi suzuki ..Think before going

Worst costomer service ever seen in my life. A staff named Junaid in Indus motors vadakara blame at me and raised his voice against me inside the company infront of others.After the service I noticed that the car was not properly repaired.When I informed this he blamed at me.We the customers never expect such kind of response from you because we trust you. But this was very pathetic.
Don't buy car from here very bad after sale service.staffs are arrogant
