Thursday morning D&B plumbers arrived to install a hot water heater on time in my attic. Upon measuring the install area it was found that the water heater purchased by me the home owner was to large. Of course the plumbers had to leave. I contacted D&B to be informed if I could obtain a water heater that would fit they would return. Long story short D&B returned to lnstall the water heater. The steps taken by these guys was truly amazing. You might have thought it was their house. They informed me of what needed to be upgraded and did so.Thank you D&B plumbing. Job well DONE!!!
Tub and toilets were backing up. B and D plumbing sent Manny out to check out. Quickly he determined we had major break or clog on main sewer line. He got camera and confirmed clay sewer line had broken. I called to get another estimate which ended up 30 to 40 % higher. Since Manny had done such a good job in diagnosis I called B and D to request that Manny come back and do the replacement of the sewer line. He was very knowledgeable, trust worthy and efficient and actually ended up saving me money and fixing a toilet that kept running before he left! Awesome company, better prices and quality work!
Disappointed that they were so late and didn’t have the curtesy to call.nBut when they finally showed up, they did a good job. They were polite and efficient.
Robbie and Archie came out and installed my hot water heater today and were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and worked quickly. They took the time to explain what was going on to me. Mrs. Candy was nice to speak with when I had a question and was pleasant. The other lady I spoke with in the office was curt, however. I would definitely recommend Robbie and Archie to anyone.
Josh called prior to arriving as promised when my service was scheduled. They arrived on time. He was VERY COURTEOUS, THOROUGH, HONEST and PROFESSIONAL!!! I will DEFINITELY request Josh and use this company again!!
