Very very poor. They don't know how to behave with a customer forget selling. It seems that they are trying to sell vegetables and not cars.nThey try to set their own terms and conditions for a test drive also. My test drive was limited to a half kilometre extravaganza. It seemed to me that they are doing a favour by answering my queries and that too most rudely.nThey should learn how to behave, speak and handle a customer. Otherwise they are doing an irreparable damage to their organization by employing such ill mannered and indecent peoplennIt really is laughable to know that in a test drive if at all it was a test drive which lasted less than two minutes I was driving rashly.nDon't try to make excuses and put false blame on peoplenYou have proved your incompetency time and again as has been proved by other reviews posted here.nSo instead of putting the onus on others try to correct yourself

I would prefer not to even pass through the shop.The handling person is extremely rude and unprofessional with an irritating adamant kind of tone, as if, he is doing some kind favor by showing the items to the customer, and forcefully trying to impose something on the customer. And in order to show, that he is less interested in the transaction and a numbers of other peoples are actually dying to get service from their shop, frequently he moves away. Actually these all tricks are quite old schooled, and hope someday, they will learn, how to deal satisfactorily with a customer.nnP.S. Very same day of the visit, I finalized a deal at a little higher price from another vendor in a very amicable and satisfactory way, nearer to my place. This is the only thing 'the not so good incident' has done some Good for me.
