So far so good. Sales department is good. Waiting to see their delivery and service quality.
Not a big showroom but yes they assess the customer very well and they give full information about the vehicles no matter whether the client is in the mood to buy vehicle or not this kind of attitude is very appreciated.
Really bad showroom dealer and sales person experience, I booked a new car (white sonet gtx+ dct ) and they tried hard and infact enforced to deliver me a dirty car , also the car was not starting because battery was down. And on first day of delivery they were charging battery in front of me from another car battery , also there is a paint issue and looks like minor dent in body as well. They did not did any preperation of car for delivery.I did not accept delivery however they pushed, I asked for new car because of fear that this may have be used a lot and might have more issues . They did not accept delivery of new car and they said they will clean car and repair the paint and dent issue and charge battery.It doesn't feels a good buying experience at all . let us see how it goes, refer attached pics . good luck for you from this dealer . I like KIA cars but very bad expereince of dealer.
Apparently you pay for the product but don't get it as expected. Took them 4 hours to prepare the car and at last couldn't even provide full accessories. The manager has quite an attitude and is least concerned with what the team is doing and whether things are at place or not. The team leader as well as the associates haven't been trained well on how to deal with customers. One of the worst experiences with Shubh Kia, Dehradun. Don't expect good customer interaction from the team.
Thoroughly unprofessional showroom...buy a car from here only if you are so mad that you want to destroy your peace of mind.nnI, unfortunately, bought one Kia Seltos from this show room. The moment I took the delivery everybody here started avoiding me- whenever they picked phone, they hurled lies and nothing but lies.nnIt took me one week to get temporary number and it took another twenty days and not less than a hundred odd calls to get RC and number plate.nnShame on you ...shubh- kia
