I had a very pleasant time at the showroom ,I went along with my neighbour for his car service .The staff is very genuine and welcoming and I noticed the technical team busy even in the time of this pandemic.Proper SOP was followed by all regarding the covid-19 pandemic safety measures ,place was clean and hygienic .
I complaint multiple times to fix the front and rear bumper tow grill. During the last service, I got to know the JLR service center has fixed the grill part with the screws. Now, they are saying we did not do that. I even complain in the JLR CRM India but CRM is also not listening. I have also told them to fix the rear bumper tow grill. I don't know, within 24 hours it detached from clamps again. Never expected such jobs from JLR. They have ruin my car.
Its good with new location and more facilities .
