Customer satisfaction is 10 out of 10 with Toyota, and that is for sure. Staff is very co-operative, friendly, and polite. They even remind you of your coming car services, it is been 8 years and I still get call from the staff for service in advance, and they keep the customer updated about the stuff ongoing in service. Staff is impartial while giving any suggestion.
What a contrast !!nCan't think of comparing Narmada Toyota, one at Baroda & the other at Anand having the same Management !!nUnwillingly visited this service station for getting my Etios car serviced. Could hardly see the staff in a welcoming mood.nThe waiting lounge is nothing more than a waiting room on a railway platform. Nobody to welcome the customer, no one to offer drinking water, forget tea & refreshments till you wait there for about 3 hours.nTheir service station at Baroda is comparatively good in hospitality.nnGowever Till date, The best hospitality was provided at Infinitum Toyota at S.G. Road, Ahmedabad.

The staff members are highly skilled and cooperative as special Ravi Sir and Nimesh Sir. They are so enthusiastic and have a good knowledge of automobile. Toyota is especially known for offering reliability and durability. The Toyota Yaris SUV is excellent in its class offer 7 air bags ,high rated music system with superb acoustic, superb wheels and AC is too good feel freaking cool and the comfort is so so great. Toyota brand produces world's best class premium cars.
