US Visa passport/visa collection center Kochin

I went there to collect my passport. The place was very easily accessible. The staff was very helpful. They are maintaining social distancing. There were enough chairs to sit on. You have to leave your bad outside when you go inside. If you are going there to retrieve your passport, you need your appointment confirmation for the visa interview, one govt of India issued ID card, and one photocopy of the same.
