Did first service of Polo. Well behaved staff and trusted service personnel. Recommended.nnEdit: Annual service is good. But for ABS sensor replacement is a daunting task. Waiting period is almost a month. And they will ask to keep vehicle for 2 days to get approval and other stuff. Need improvement in this area.nNB: I’ve done 3 annual services and 5th ABS replacement. I wish either polo doesn’t come with ABS sensor or I know how to replace it at my home. Tired.
It’s a worst service centre and car service I have ever experienced. I change the front wiper blade it was damaged piece I didn’t checked it after fixed from the service centre and after few days I had put the wiper on. I was experiencing some sounds from the wiper suddenly pullover the car and I check the wiper blade it was faulty and some metal piece was touching on front glass and there is a scratch mark also. I contacted service centre from their side I got a response that they can’t do anything because they are not giving any warranty for wiper blade after few days my tire got blast in 25000km again I call them I got a same reply those peoples are don’t care about the customer and they don’t want even escalate the case to higher department who’s the Volkswagen customer they don’t have any value from Volkswagen side. Single star I mentioned because I don’t have any other option to post my experience with Volkswagen
If you need a VW vehicle and has a lot of time to waste for its after sales service, I recommend this place. Sales dept is very great, but the service department is entirely opposite.

As they mentioned I went to take my car at the service station at 11 o clock. When I reached there they informed me the car is on washing bay and to wait. They kept me waiting upto 1 o clock and when I asked they told me car is ready but all staffs went for lunch and need to wait until they return so they just kepylt me waiting upto 2 o clock when it's 2 I again went to the manager and he informed the car is still washing asked me to wait for few minutes even after an half hour waiting when I raised against them the have suddenly brought my car. It took 3 and half hour for washing still not clean. And by that time my innova given for periodic service on the same time was ready for taking and these their behaviour always
