Till date I had good experience from the sales people. I have only one complaint that you people don't decorate the delivery car. Buying a car may be someone's dream, why don't you try to make it more memorable! I'm sure the customers will appreciate it. And I will give you the 5th star THEN.nThank you ☺

Hi,nI had to write this feedback since I am pretty disappointed with my TATA Nexon purchase.nnI am from Kannur (Kerala), purchased my Nexon on September 1st week from Tata Motors Cars Showroom - KVR Dream Vehicles, Nadal. Since there have been COVID cases in those times I had no chance to do PDI on delivery time but at home, I checked the vehicle and found the issue on the infotainment system that all the buttons seem malfunctioning. I informed my sales executive(Maybe it's my perspective, the most incompetent client executive I have ever met. Reason being 1. He neither gave proper resolution nor took any action to resolve my issue. 2. I had to call a trillion times to get the updates on my issue which he promised to callback) on the day after the delivery date Sept 10 2020. Since then my journey starts.nnVisit KVR Sept 15 - Had to wait 1 hour more for the executive to show up even though he provided the meeting time. Another service person checked my vehicle and informed me this is not an easy fix. Need to update the infotainment software which requires at least 5 hours to do. So I have to come back another day. Okay, the executive will update the date so I left.nnNo words from the executive after that. I called, messaged multiple times. Then on Oct 3rd, I had to fix my number plate and the executive guaranteed to fix the issue on the same day. But the experience from there was pretty awkward. Even though I left my Nexon at 9.15 am that day, and called multiple times for the status of completion I didn't get a callback from any guys from there. And I had to visit myself at 5 pm for enquiry. Where I found my car unattended, stranded on the side not even fixing the number plate which did not even take 30 mins of their time. I felt devastated and I had to raise my voice to the executive about the reason, which he responded IT'S NOT HIS DUTY TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM AFTER DELIVERY. So I had a discussion with the sales manager, they checked my vehicle again and came to find that it's not a software issue but a hardware issue and Some guy from Harman should come to fix it. And it will take a maximum 2 weeks for the parts to arrive. I left there. I waited for one month till my first service on 5th November neither the part nor the guy came.nnLast visit 5th November - Got my first service done. The infotainment system issue is still there, they said the Harman service person has not arrived yet. Will take some. I left there without asking a single question because I already know that choosing KVR was the most idiotic decision I ever made.nnStill, I run my Nexon without using the Infotainment system. Two Months and Counting.nnUpdate : 17/nov/2020nEven though I mailed the KVR GM, they didn't even acknowledge my request. Attaching the mail contentnnUpdate 05/Dec/2020nTill date no response from KVR TATA showroom, the Service guy from Harman who suppose to arrive last month never arrived. Running with same issue

Nice experience. Test drive and explanation of details about the vehicles is satisfied
