I have an extremely bad & painful experience of dealing with NestAway team from last 2 months. My property has been leased out with NestAway. Their team is absolutely non-responsive. They do not pick up calls. This includes everybody from relationship manager to Zonal/ Pune Head. It is very frustrating as there is nobody to handle ongoing issues. Their services has gone down to zero levels from the last few months. I would not suggest using them.

will never suggest anyone to use this fraudulent business and it's services.I m living in a nestaway house and have been their customer for 3-4 years and they have became an extortion company.nSo i m living in this house for like 2 yrs and now after one of my flatmates have moved out and these people have put 11000rs worth of fine for damages that dnt even exist.nI tired contacting them ,opened multiple tickets ,attached photos of the entire flat but they won't budg! their vendors are fraud ppl and try to take money in the name of maintenance and in these 4 yrs have never seen a room even cleaned when you move in .So, basically they take your money and keep it with them . Nice corona strategy !nthey are charging me for damages that are not even there and will close all my tickets as per their wish...nSO CUSTOMERS DON'T MATTER TO THEM! stay away from nest away

Purely money making and least bothered about service. It's been 6 months since I have left the apartment and my deposit of 12k is still not returned even after repetitive reminders. And now they are clearly ignoring my calls and messages.nWorst Service anybody will ever see. They do not respond to complaints resolving them is very far fetched. The manager is irresponsible and does not take in account the problems of the tenants.

SCAMMERS. These guys are the best example of how a scammer company work. They will eat up all your security deposit by giving stupid reasons. On top of that they will put fines without a valid reason. Stay away!

I had a pathetic experience so far with NESTAWAY mainly when you leave the flat. They stop responding you. They don't have a time to collect key as well nobody contacted or called on given move out request. They have not taken key back, not returned deposit not contacted on phone not even on mail.nThey don't respect your money , time. I strongly recommend don't go for Nestaway.
