I was just in the initial process of my application and was trying to understand what information I need to provide. As my experience doesn't exactly match the requirement criteria, I was trying to understand what should I do post few years of experience. One of the consultant who was in contact with me, was on call who sound so discouraging and rude. Within a minute she changed her language style. Finally I cut the call after couple of minutes and email her not to connect with me again.nY-axis employees, if you think your applicant is not eligible, you could at-least let him/her know politely. Such a criticizing experience in the first call. Will never recommend to the people around.nnPS Edit 1: It is unusual that Y-axis does not find me in their records. I was contact in Y-axis consultant with same name. Looks like they don't bother having call recordings for their own quality purpose. It is very disappointing that Y-axis is trying to ignore the honest feedback just by considering me as a hidden identity. This is real name real person, Y-Axis. You have my email and phone number too. Go check and get your facts right about your disrespectful team! Goodbye!

So helpful. But at the end, they are just trying to push the service, discounts discount but later it comes to the actual cost.

These people are just there to loot innocent people of their money. They will charge a hefty amount as a consulting fees and then do nothing about your profile. They have the worst services ever. Don’t go by the name these people are self proclaimed No 1 whereas in reality they don’t even come in the top 1000 if there is any such list of consultancies. Stay away do some research by yourself and apply instead of spending money and waiting for nothing to happen. Trust me it has happened with me and I am still fighting with them for my refund. So stay away and be safe.
