My experience with Ford was horrible and the worst experience I've ever had. All they do is strip people of the money and the don't even satisfy the basic needs of a call. I'm dismayed by the customer care and I'm really disappointed and their services as well. All you ask for is for decent service but even after paying lakhs and lakhs of rupees they provide you the worst experience I ever had. I've owned so many cars, and by far, this is the most terrible. Three times in a row, they took my car for service and returned it within 16 minutes, whereas, the emptying of oil chamber takes 10 minutes alone. After multiple attempts of contacting customer care, they don't respond. All they care about is money. Customer satisfaction falls at the last in this case. I have all proofs that shows misconduct on their behalf. Contacting the customer care is of no use at all, all they do is yes sir, Thankyou for your feedback. They have been unable to provide quality service. I own an Endeavour, the least expectation is for them to do their part, and what we're paying them for. A series of horrible events undergo when you book a car from ford. The administration is poor. Mismanagement at all levels. There's not one person who took an action to prevent a bad experience. I pay in full, I'm punctual with my car service. And they? They don't care that you spent a lot of money, they're least concerned with the quality. Contacting them is not an answer, all they do is assure you that it wouldn't repeat next time, but it does. This is by far, the worst experience I've ever had with a car company.
