We were extremely satisfied with all aspects of our move and the services provided. All three workers continually took the pressure off of me by packing items I wasn’t sure how to pack, reassuring me that everything WOULD fit in the truck—no worries—and they repeatedly double-checked to see if I needed anything moved or repositioned before they left. Also, the job took less time than estimated, which indicates how efficient and experienced they were. I’d use their services again, but I hope I don’t need to move again for many years to come!
The movers were on time very fast loading and unloading.very professional and friendly.
The estimate was right on the mark. I have called other companies and they they were 3,000 pounds off, Dan is Definitely a professional . Most important nothing broke or got scratched. Highly recommend
I can't say too many good things about my recent Mayflower experience.
As the saying goes from start to finish it was an exceptional service.
Prior to the move Stephen from their team joined me to analyze my unique needs. Then Judy ( I think that is her name ?) called to make sure she had the details correct.
My move involved 3 different locations so Stephen suggested 2 trucks & a five man crew. He was spot on .
On moving day the crew was early and I don't think any of them ever slowed down to taka a break...
I didn't catch all five names but after they had loaded the trucks and had a complete understanding of the logistics the foreman changed the plan and everyone converged at my home before going on to the other two locations. His plan saved them time & saved me $$$.
The best part was his experience with Queen box springs. Since it would not fit up the narrow stairway in my Daughter's new townhouse he taught me how to disassemble it & reassemble it upstairs saving me more $$$.
To top it off a cherished souvenir of mine was left on the truck by mistake and James brought it back to my house in his own car on his own time after work.
What more can I say ?? All in all the best moving experience I have ever had.

I hired Mayflower/ Glen Ellen Moving to do a local move today. They were FANTASTIC!! They sent a crew of 3 to move our 2 bedroom apartment 22 miles/45 minutes. They did the move in under 5 hours. The guys they sent were super friendly and gave my dog lots of love! They also had helpful advice over where to put the furniture and angles that look best, etc. They aren’t the cheapest moving company out there but for what you get it’s totally worth it. They showed up on time, nothing was damaged and everything was packed with care. I highly, highly recommend doing your move with them. If we move again in the future, we’ll give you a call. THANK YOU!!
From the start communication was great, they were flexible on the moving date and boxes were in great condition. The entire move packing up a 2K square foot ranch house and delivering to a 3 story home only took 5 hours. They beat their own estimate by 2 hours which was great. No corners were cut wrapping furniture, TVs, etc....They came highly recommended and I would recommend them to anyone who needs movers.
