Mio Amore - The Cake Shop (Chakdha)

Superbly unprofessional. A birthday cake ordered for 1.5 kgs wasn't even provided with a carry-pack. While asked for the same the tailor made answer was '.. Company doesn't provide big carry-pack... ' (but they are allowed to take orders even further) Surprising if we were to order a cake of bigger size like 3kg or more we would have to carry it just in the box it came inside. Moreover, they don't deliver it home-not even with an extra charge. We ordered anniversary cake from Monjinis who delivered the cake right at our doorstep without any extra cost. Also cake quality was not up to the mark at all-while delivering there was a bulge almost in front of the cake. They just said '....keep it in freezer it will be ok...'-no apology no counter-measure to mitigate the fault! What will happen for an immediate occasion? Then after taking the cake home the bulged place got damaged and it showed how poorly the cake was made. The photos attached could give you an idea. Is this what we expect when we visit a well known food chain that actually costs significantly higher for their look/service/professionalism? As far as the taste goes, it was ar par with other outlets here-NOTHING EXTRA-ORDINARY.nWe tatsed ready to taste snacs/small bites previously-they do taste good but for big occasion/event with bulk budget-where there is a need for extra care in handling delivery etc Mio Amore Chakdaha fails pretty miserably.
