Customer service poor, unnecessary harras customer. I visited on 25.09.20 to close my savings a/c and fill up account closure form and submited to Mr. Abhrajit. Again I visited on 06.10.20 to enquire for the same. Till on 10.10.20 nither any action has been taken nor received any information about a/c closing.

the location of the given branch is completely different, is shows the banks location somewhere near Chitahi, byt the actual location is in Naya more, plz dont get carried away with this location.

Can't think of a bank with worse service. All employees are equally bad.nVery inefficient and very high in attitude.
