I don't know what these dealer in Ambikapur are having problem.. No one cares about the customer service anymore.. No one is there to attend you.. No one want you to buy the car from them as if it will be burden for them. And even they tell you to not expect service from them. I have enquired for a car the sales man was good enough. But the management needs to upgrade a lot. Customer service is an art and they should learn it. Asking for a glass of water itself is beautiful gesture even small vendors offer you water these days. But as we know Ambikapur no one cares about the customer so even they won't. And to my surprise Jharkhand dealer are following up with me every single day. And you won't belive sunil auto cars dint even care to take my contact number to even follow up. I guess they already have many customer.
