Why there isn't any option of zero stars. Because they deserve nothing but a big zero. I gave my Honda amaze which had just one problem (in engine). When they returned, then there were many new problems. Driver side tyre suspension was faulty, conductor side tyre fender was broken, A/C switch light was not working, ceiling light was not working, head light angle disturbed, whole electronic system of lights became faulty. I cant change light beam angle also.nThey sent my car to pathankot for repair on my expense as i paid the diesel bill amount(approx 1500 rs). And i am sure that the driver who drove my car to pathankot must have drove it very rash. That's why my car has become so pathetic that i am now thinking to sell it.nLast but not the least, after paying around 50k also the engine problem for which i gave them my car was also not rectified properly. They said it will go gradually, and i have to drive another 1000 km slowly. Then the problem may be rectified properly.nSo very disappointing...nHonda's reputation has been totally spoiled by them. I'll never recommend this agency to anyone.

They don't know how to treat with Customers. You are not valueable for them, once you paid ud83dudcb0. I suggest to not buy any vehicle from here.

Customer lounge is good with Television, some books or magazines to read and comfortable sofas to be seated while waiting for your vehicle service to be done. Modern tools and instruments are used to do service or repair of any kind. Some accessories and all spair parts are available at good discount. You can also buy new vehicles here at negotiable prices. Staff communication skills are okay but can be improved more. Overall experience is good . Thankyou
