Worst service ever encountered in last 10 years of my car servicing, they didn't do my car service properly infact my car's wheel alignment went wrong after doing service, I complained about the same, they called me thrice, took me to mahindra showroom to get the alignment done but again they failed to do so, they don't have experience staff to manage people , when it comes to customer relationship manager they called I told my agony to them they didn't response all they need is good rating thats it. Till now my wheel alignment is not resolved, most frustrating part is after doing servicing, they didn't do quality check of service by floor manager. Worst I would never recommend you to go there and do your service. I am still suffering no one is listening to customer words.

One of the worst service ever offered by Hyundai, I gave my car for service suddenly staring electronic module of my car get fused after adding new part the engineer updated Taxi software so my car cannot cross speed of 80 later they are asking other showroom to do.. I also find poor customer service and only focus on their knowing customer only, even they don't address the customer well. For all this I can do give 0 rating for their service
