Deep honda - the worst people to deal with. They are spoiling the brand name of HONDA. I bought and amaze 2020 the top model because my brother asked for navigation and they didn't even tell me that the navigation system was changed and now the navigation system doesn't come with inbuilt card and you have to 'attach a wire from you internet enabled smart phone' to use the feature. They didn't even apologize but they were ok because the 53000 was not spent from their pocket. Then after a month I sent the car for first service and one of the workers put scratches while moving and then put a silver pencil on top of the deep scratches. They didn't even tell anyone about it and my driver saw it the next day. The GM of the service department says that it's not a big deal which was not expected from him. I will put the names and photos of the scratches as well. Please don't buy or service your hondas from Bathinda rather deal with other dealerships in other cities. Thanks. Dr Aashish Bansal
