Very nice and promo service, if you are with right document you will not face any problem, so no point to blame authorities, for normal adult application you will need below document :n1 . Aadhar cardn2 . Bank passbookn3 . PAN Cardn4 . 10 th marksheet.nBe shure all above documents have same Name (with correct spelling) same DOB, and same address on passbook and Aadhar card.nThat's all you need, your application will be accepted in Half hour only. You can come early than your appointment, as it is first come first serve basis, you will be given hand written number on your application print out, and they will call number.

ECR STAMPnnFor passport always attach 10th/12th/degree pass certificate if available. Passport office does not point it out, instead they directly issue passport with ECR stamp. Big problem!nKeep original with you.nnGood to have facility locally... but internet connection problem resulting in further poor service.nnLack of staff, lack of curtesy...
