Unprofessional.... We booked online and paid online...the reception guy asked to cancel as they don't accept voter id card as I'd proof... However if we cancel the online booking and pay them by cash which is as per their rate card and not as per oyo and it was higher than what we paid through online.... Then only they will accept voter id card as proof... Unhygienic hotel... Bad crowd...and unprofessional owner....

This was the worst experience I have ever experienced.. There is no water in bathrooms and no proper maintenance.

I have relatively low standards and this was the only hotel I have ever walked away from due to the level of cleanliness here, even after just arriving off of a night bus and getting little sleep. 100's of bugs under the bed and around the floor, hairs on the pillows, red stains in the bed, yellow stains on the duvet with no duvet cover and a USED COMDOM on the toilet seat. This place is disgusting. When we told reception we did not want to stay, they just smiled and laughed. Do you self a favour and book at Zostel instead.

Staff is very Co operating and nice facility provide.....nRestaurant near in this hotel ground floor so sweet. Very nice place and secure

Worst experience ever. Rooms are not clean, No hot water source, worst room service. No water for basin n toilet. Don't book via oyo they won't accept. Staff suggests to book another hotel.
