They don't deliver what they promise and ruining name of Tata Motors
I was interested in buying tata harrier before buying the car. I wanted to have a test drive to know how the car feels in real life.So I made an online appointment for a test drive . The sales person contacted me and said that the car was available next day and on the next day they contacted me and said they will bring it to my home in two hours so I cancelled my business plans for the day but after few hours they said the car was unavailable,they said to reschedule the test drive for the next so I waited keenly for the them next day too but no response so i contacted them and asked them where is the car they responded that the M.D of the dealership is joyriding the car he uses the car for his personal use,and they said the car will be available to us on the next day that is the third day i got call in the morning and the salesperson said that car is dabwali and M.D has been using it for his personal use and he will bring the demo car to me in the evening but I got no call.I had a very bad experience with tata motors RP Jhunthra Automobiles, Nacchatar Nagar,I was disappointed by the way they treat their customers,I am not looking forward to buy cars tata because such carless atitude of dealers.I will not recommend tata cars to anyone.The quality of their cars is great but after sales and service is very poor.
Very poor service, went for my car service the things which should take 30-40 mins they did that in 3 hours......buying a tata car is biggest mistake a person can make
