Rather sad experience. I had booked a telephonic appointment for First free service of my Harrier. The lady gave me an appointment for 15th Nov. On the said day, I went there but was told that the vehicle could not be washed as the boy was absent and the person who would run the software upgrade was also not available since it was a sunday. I was told to call and fix an appointment telephonically and come back again anyday for the washing and software upgrade work but now apparently half their workforce is ill as they got soaked in the rain. Don't take your vehicle to RPJ Motors for service. You are likely to be very disappointed.

I bought New Tata Tiago XZA from the dealer on 31st August, 2020, with a temporary RC having validity till 29th September. They are only interested for sales & not worried about service after sales or customer satisfaction. Today is 29th September, the day of expiry of my temporary RC, but I have still not received my RC. It is further to mention that my vehicle is still not registered in Parvahan site. Third class Service & I am suffering a lot of mental & physical harrassment. No one should opt for this Dealer.
